eFiling
FERC now accepts over 40 qualified
documents via the Internet in lieu of paper filing (Order No.
619).
eFiling is a file attachment process. Prepare your submission in
the same manner as you would if filing on paper. If you're filing
in a docketed proceeding(s), the document you submit must include
the docket number(s) applicable to your submission. All documents
must include the name and address of the person responsible for
the filing.
The Commission does not accept comments or other
documents on proceedings via email.
If you intend to file critical energy infrastructure information,
you should not file electronically. Please follow the guidelines
in How to File Non-Internet
Public, CEII or Privileged Material.
