The NIH Training Center/OSMP announces the 2004 STRIDE Program, a three-year program designed to provide employees (GS 5/6/7) with an opportunity for career change and advancement and to help the NIH meet staffing needs. STRIDE's aim is to provide a combination of on-the-job training, academic courses, and selected, short-term courses to prepare individuals for placement in targeted, professional positions. The NIH TC offers access to over 1,600+ courses through our online solution called Fastrac. Fastrac is delivered through the HHS Distributed Learning Network (D/L Net). You can sign up for a 1-year subscription for just $75, and have access to a full catalog of self-paced courses via the internet. Course categories include:
