Subject: Changes in Deposit Procedures for the Federal Reserve Bank's Check Processing Sites - Columbia, SC, and Louisville, KY, Branches

1. Purpose

This Treasury Financial Manual (TFM) bulletin notifies Federal Program Agencies (FPAs) of the Federal Reserve Bank's recent announcement to discontinue accepting and processing check deposits received at the Columbia, SC, and Louisville, KY, Branches. Effective immediately, all deposits for the Columbia, SC, and Louisville, KY, Branches should be directed to the addresses listed below. Detailed procedures will be outlined in revisions to the TFM, Volume I, Part 5, Chapter 2000: Checks and Cash Received in Collections, and Chapter 4000: Making Deposits.
