The Census Reports for calendar years 1997 through 2002 are based on the 1990 Census. The 2003 Census Reports are based on the 2000 Census. The 2004 Census Reports reflect the Office of Management and Budget's new 5-digit MSA/MD classifications that were released in June 2003 and updated further in December 2003.
