Mr. Twehues: "Montoya and the other leaders in the North Valley Cartel measure their net worth, not in millions, but in hundreds of millions of dollars. Montoya and a couple of other cartel leaders, we estimate, are worth over a billion dollars."

Mr. Schiff: Twehues says Montoya is 46, stands 6', and weighs 230 pounds...

Mr. Twehues: "He's got black hair and dark eyes and he has difficulty walking due to injuries sustained in a car accident several years ago."
