Escaped Murderer Still At Large - I
Listen with Realplayer

Mr. Schiff: Still at large. It's Randolph Franklin Dial, a convicted murderer who was serving a life sentence in Oklahoma...

Mr. Ackman: "He was in the penitentiary in Granite under the Department of Corrections, State of Oklahoma, and August 30th, 1994, Dial escaped from the prison."

Mr. Schiff: That's FBI Special Agent Scott Ackman in Oklahoma City. Missing at the same time was the deputy warden's wife, bobbi Louaine Parker. Both had been working in her garage on an art program for prison inmates...

Mr. Ackman: "On the night of August 30th, 1994, Deputy Warden Parker came home and his girls were home but his wife was not."

Mr. Schiff: The prison went into lock down status. Ackman says Parker's van was later found in Texas...

Mr. Ackman: "The FBI is investigating this case as a kidnapping. We consider her a victim of Dial's escape. At this point in time we are aggressively looking for her."

Mr. Schiff: There's a $25,000 reward for information leading to Dial's arrest. See pictures of Dial and bobbi Parker at fbi.gov. I'm Neal Schiff and that's what's happening at the "FBI, This Week."
