Mr. Schiff: Dagan is Chief of the FBI's Economic Crimes Unit and says Telemarketing Fraud is costing honest citizens a ton of money...

Mr. Dagan: "Telemarketing Fraud involves various types of efforts to recruit for various charities; for investments; for lottery winnings; travel packages; it's over the Internet; it's telephone; it's by mail."

Mr. Schiff: Dagan says the FBI works closely with Canadian authorities...

Mr. Dagan: "Many of the criminals have moved up to Canada and still are defrauding United States citizens."
