Mr. Schiff: Three gunshot murders in West Virginia. It may be a serial killer. To help, the FBI has sent out 60,000 "Seeking Information" flyers...

Mr. Ciccarelli: "Subsequent ballistic testing informed us that those three killings were all linked to the same weapon."

Mr. Schiff: That's Joe Ciccarelli, Chief of the FBI's Charleston, West Virginia, office. He says each victim was killed by bullets fired from the same weapon...

Mr. Ciccarelli: "In an instance where two or more killings, and the facts and circumstances surrounding those killings have been reviewed by the FBI's Behavioral Analysis Unit and certified to give the appearance of being perpetrated by a serial killer, then the FBI can assist."

Mr. Schiff: Ciccarelli says the FBI is working with federal agencies and police in West Virginia...

Mr. Ciccarelli: "Charleston Police Department, the Kanawha County Sheriff's Department, the West Virginia State Police."

Mr. Schiff: Go to fbi.gov under Most Wanted to see the "Seeking Information" flyer. I'm Neal Schiff and that's what's happening at the "FBI, This Week."
