Biography:  The Minority College Relations Team (MCRT)identifies and develops collaborative programs, within the Munitions Support Command and its installations, that will strengthen minority colleges’ and institutions’ viability to participate in and benefit from federal programs, and enhance future readiness by partnering with these colleges and institutions.
