When an experimenter comes to Fermilab, the Users' Office performs the introductions between user and laboratory, handles registration and ID cards, and gives new users information about laboratory policies, procedures and facilities. Throughout the experimenter's stay, the Users' Office provides information and responds to questions and concerns.
