The deployment of the Patent and Trademark Assignments on the Web System on the USPTO Web site has been postponed. As announced in the Official Gazette dated August 26, 2003, the Patent and Trademark Assignments on the Web System was originally scheduled to be available on or about September 29, 2003. As soon as a new deployment date is known, it will be published in the Official Gazette and also posted on the USPTO Web site.
