FY 2003 Priorities

COMMUNITY ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT (ACF)

Evaluation: These funds will evaluate the impact of community economic development programs efforts to create and expand new businesses to provide full time permanent jobs.

RURAL FACILITIES (ACF)

Evaluation: These funds will be used to evaluate the effectiveness of services of those organizations providing training and technical assistance on water and waste water facilities management and home repair to low-income families as well as the development of low-income rental housing.

BATTERED WOMEN SHELTERS (ACF)

Evaluation: These funds will evaluate the effectiveness of on-going support services to individuals and families impacted by domestic violence.
