State and Territorial Minority HIV/AIDS Demonstration Grant Program

Purpose

Grant recipients will assist in identifying HIV/AIDS prevention and service needs among minority communities; improve linkages between community-based minority-serving organizations and state entities; and assist in coordinating Federal resources going into high-need minority communities and facilitating access to federal technical assistance available to community-based organizations.
