The Office of Real Estate Services Project Development Guide (PDG) contains a practical approach to developing a right-of-way project. It leaves the requirements needed for Federal-aid projects to the regulatory material found elsewhere. In it you will find plain talk and common sense ways to deal with developing a right-of-way project in addition to mini-case studies to demonstrate how others have handled a variety of right-of-way problems.
