The Pacific Islands Primary Care Association board seeks an executive director to develop and manage a new nonprofit health org.

Qualifications:

• Understanding of community health issues
• Mastery of advocacy, grantwriting, org development & management, incl fiscal, HR, program planning & admin & policy
• Competentency with multi-cultural groups
• Computer skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Aility to foster teamwork
• Willingness to learn complex international health systems & cultural environments
• Minimum 3 yrs community or public health exp
• Appropriate education

The Pacific Island Primary Care Association (PIPCA) advocates for access to high quality primary care and for the community-based providers that serve them in Guam, American Samoa, and the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands and the three freely-associated states in the Republic of Palau, the Republic of the Marshall Islands, and the Federated States of Micronesia consisting of Yap, Kosrae, Pohnpei, and Chuuk.
