WASHINGTON (NNS) -- Chief of Naval Operations Adm. Vern Clark announced the following flag officer assignment Oct. 15:
Rear Adm. (lower half) (sel.) Raymond M. Klein is being assigned as commander, Submarine Group 10, Kings Bay, Ga. Klein is currently serving as chief of staff to commander, U.S. 2nd Fleet, Norfolk, Va.
