Executive Summary
- The February Forum produced a nearly unanimous point of view that this was an important topic to pursue, with more than two-thirds of the participants willing to offer various forms of support to an ongoing effort.
- An informal coordinating committee was established to guide the next phase of the initiative and will be convening soon to plan the next phase of the effort.
- A report will be issued soon summarizing the results of the discussions which took place.
