Guide for Payment Requestors

This is a guide for organizations authorized to draw Federal funds in the Automated Standard Application for Payments system developed by the Financial Management Service (FMS) of the U.S. Treasury and the Federal Reserve Bank (FRB) of Richmond. The purpose of this guide is to familiarize Payment Requestors with the ASAP system.
