The ERS Information Center is the principal point of contact to respond to customer questions regarding ERS products and services. The ERS Information Center operates Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., except Federal holidays. Staff answering the phones are trained to provide quality customer service.

The ERS Information Center also posts many ERS publications on the world wide web, manages the ERS data product program.
