The contract is structured to permit purchase of a full range of Information Assurance (IA) solutions, including the hardware, software and enabling products necessary to implement these solutions.

Process:

1. Task Monitor (TM) sends package to D20 (COR) to check package for completeness and scope determination, and if required, obtains D20 coordination.
2. D20 forwards to DITCO-Scott KO.
3. KO requests proposal from contractor.
4. Contractor prepares proposal and forwards to KO/COR/TM.
5. Discussions/Award/Admin

TIMELINE = 17-28 Days for T&M from the time COR receives the complete package
