FACILITIES COST OF MONEY RATE

The Department of the Treasury announced that the rate of interest applicable for calculation of the Contract Facilities Capital Cost of Money on the DD Form 1861 for the period of 1 January through 30 June 1998 is 6.250%.

The Department of the Treasury provides current and historical interest rates for calculating the Contract Facilities Capital Cost of Money on their web site www.publicdebt.treas.gov/opd/opdprmt2.htm.
