Basic Training For Multifamily Issuers and Prospective Issuers

These presentations are a basic introduction to Ginnie Mae's Issuance Process and the requirements for Claims for Reimbursement. They were given during the Ginnie Mae Multifamily Issuers and Prospective Issuers training workshop at Ginnie Mae in 2000. The presentation for Claims for Reimbursement was presented at the MBA Multifamily and CREF workshops held in 2003. It is divided into five sections:
