Directions to the Business Center

From Baltimore:

The distance from Baltimore, Maryland, to the Ginnie Mae Business Center is approximately 45 miles.

1. Follow the Baltimore-Washington Parkway South / MD-295 S.
2. After passing the Cheverly, MD, exit you will see a Pepsi Cola Bottling Plant on the left. The highway forks into Richmond (left) and New York Avenue / US-50W (right). Merge right onto New York Avenue / US-50 W.
3. Continue to I-395 S (approximately 2 miles) and turn left onto I-395 S. Proceed through the I-395 S tunnel.
4. Take the 6th Street, S.W., exit toward L'Enfant Promenade / 7th Street, S.W. It is the first exit on the right immediately after the I-395 tunnel.
5. Stay in right hand lane and follow the 6th Street, S.W., exit.
6. Merge onto 6th Street, S.W.
7. Proceed through the light at C Street, S.W., and turn right at the next light onto D Street, S.W.
8. D Street, S.W., becomes Virginia Avenue, S.W.
9. Our building is on the corner of 4th Street, S.W., and Virginia Avenue, S.W.

From Richmond:

The distance from Richmond, Virginia, to the Ginnie Mae Business Center is approximately 105 miles.

1. Follow I-95 north toward Washington, DC.
2. Continue on I-395 north toward Washington, DC (near Springfield area).
3. After approximately 10 miles, take the 12th Street exit toward L'Enfant Promenade.
4. Follow the 12th Street exit to the D Street exit toward L'Enfant Promenade.
5. Merge onto D Street, S.W.
6. D Street, S.W., becomes Virginia Avenue, S.W.
7. Our building is on the corner of 4th Street, S.W., and Virginia Avenue, S.W.
