ASL Staff
The Office of the Assistant Secretary for Legislation (OASL) is responsible for the development and implementation of the Department's legislative agenda and is the liaison with members of Congress and their staffs. The OASL is divided into five parts: the Immediate Office of the Assistant Secretary; the Office of Budget and Science; the Office of Congressional Liaison; the Office of Health Legislation; and, the Office of Human Services Legislation.
