wheelchair Federal agencies are required by law to provide reasonable accommodation to qualified employees with disabilities. The regulations implementing the law in this area are issued by the US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). For more information about the EEOC's role, visit www.eeoc.gov.

We monitor case law and policies in this area, and provides guidance to Federal agencies and employees.
