The 10-week Diversity Internship Program is made possible through a cooperative agreement between the DOI and various educational organizations, including: the Minority Access Inc. (MAI), Student Conservation Association (SCA), National Association of Equal Opportunity for Higher Education (NAFEO), the Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities (HACU) and Haskell Indian Nations University (HINU).


Interns obtain hands-on experience in many aspects of their jobs, such as computer repair and maintenance, during the 10-week program.
