Request a PDF file of this Report by Email

Some users have reported difficulty in downloading the pdf files directly from their browsers.  If you experience this problem, try to right+click on the link to the pdf file, save the file to your hard drive, and then open the file by double clicking on it from Windows Explorer.

If this does not work,   please request a pdf file (of the entire report - 1Mb) to be sent by email.  Users have reported no problems opening this emailed file.
