![]() The NBS Change Management Team dedicates its resources to communications, training, workforce transition and evaluation efforts. The NBS Change Management Team defines change management as: an integrated communications, training, workforce planning, and evaluation approach to assisting managers, supervisors and employees transition effectively into a new way of accomplishing work. Document link ![]() The NBS Project Team is committed to the development and implementation of a project Communication Plan to support open, honest, and regular project communications flowing in various directions of the organization. Individuals must understand Why the NIH has chosen to implement a new system, How it will affect their work, What they will need to do to successfully transition to the new system, and Who will receive communication and when. Document link ![]() The NBS Change Management Advisory Committee (CMAC) advises the NBS Change Management Team on the effectiveness of existing communications and change management efforts. The CMAC acts as a sounding board rather than a decision-making body, providing recommendations and input regarding future communications and change management strategies. The CMAC membership includes IC and OD management and staff employees. The CMAC meets every month and on an ad hoc basis.
![]() The NBS Workforce Transition Strategy identifies issues that will impact the NIH community as they transition into their new work roles and responsibilities in the new system.
