Project Description: Standard and unconventional techniques for sampling noble gas compositions will be used on waters associated with the complex flow system of the Edwards aquifer. The goal of this investigation will be to produce ground water age (3He/3H and 4He) constraints for the fresh water zone associated with the aquifer as well as show the extent of interaction between the shallow, fresh water zone and the deeper, down-dip brines.
