    Purpose of Form: To report changes of address of aliens subject to Special Registration requirements. Special Registrants must submit this form within 10 days of a change of address.

Special Instructions:

While it is not required, USCIS recommends that aliens filing a Change of Address keep a copy of the form for their records and obtain a receipt showing the date and address to which the form was mailed.
