Medical Service Officer Management Division Medical Officer Information Mission Statement We are responsible for actions involving the accession, assignment, career development, training, and utilization of over 12,000 Medical Service officers and the application and management of medical standards on all Air Force members for retention, separation, and worldwide fitness. We also provide medical consultations for Department of Defense (DoD) boards and programs.
