At 11 a.m. EDT, Secretary Rumsfeld, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs Gen. Richard B. Myers, USAF, and Speaker Dennis Hastert will join Pentagon chaplains and employees in a chapel flag presentation and stained glass window dedication ceremony.
