Our goal is to provide you with all the information you need, whether you are seeking to renew your passport, register the birth of your baby, file an immigrant visa petition, or make a non-immigrant visa application.

All applicants should be aware that the times given above are AVERAGES, and that the processing time of a specific case can vary due to individual circumstances and other special requirements.

Hours of Operation American Citizen Services Mondays through Thursdays: 11:00-13:00 and from 14:00-15:00
American Citizen Emergencies Mondays through Fridays: 08:00-17:00
Non-Immigrant Visas Tuesdays and Thursdays: 07:30-10:30 (by appointment only)
Immigrant Visas Mondays and Wednesdays: 07:30-10:30 Fridays: 07:30-10:30 (by appointment only)
