PRIVACY NOTICE

American Citizen Services is a unit of the Consulate. Two American consular officers and eleven Mexican employees assist Americans in Chihuahua in a number of ways, most often by issuing passports and helping with arrests and stolen car recovery.

Hours of operation
American Citizens may call or come to the Consulate between 8:00a.m. and 4:45p.m.

Passport and citizenship applications are accepted between 8:00a.m. and 11:00a.m.

Federal Benefits applications are accepted between 8:00a.m. and 1:00p.m.

Citizens in distress may call the Consulate twenty-four hours a day and will receive immediate assistance.
