Treasury Agency Services Professional Development Division (PD2) has expanded its scope to provide the training and education to support life-long learning and professional development. Its vision, "to provide the right training/education to the right people, at the right time, in the right way," has resulted in numerous initiatives to ensure that it is providing the best value in training and education. Our programs not only draw on the expertise of the U.S. Treasury as the government's major accounting agency but of training and education partners who are leaders in their fields.

Programs

Treasury Agency Services' Professional Development has expanded its scope to offer Financial management focused courses as well as the Financial Management Service-Wide Training and Managerial and Executive Training and Education. Specifically, PD2 is offering two certificate programs in Accounting & Reporting and Credit Reform. It also provides courses in Cost Measurement and Management. In addition, PD2 has added to its catalog an array of on-line courses in software, leadership and management. It is also offering courses in mid-career planning and retirement. PD2's Year-End Closing Seminar and Annual Conference continue to provide the capstone to our catalog, featuring plenary speakers, session and workshops conducted by financial management leaders, U.S. Treasury experts, and policy makers.
