EBIS will be unavailable via the AFPC Secure
website on Sunday, 17 Oct 04, 0800 - 1400 (CDT) / 1300 - 1900 (Zulu) due
to maintenance of the AFPC Secure website. However, EBIS will be
available via the AF Portal website during this timeframe. The AF Portal
can be accessed at https://www.my.af.mil. Note: AF Portal login and
password are required (see instructions on page 2, "How to Access the
Web System").
