Farm Bill | Farm Bill - Rural Development | Wyoming Highlights | Success Stories | For More Information
Welcome to USDA Rural Development in Wyoming. Rural Development is a
diverse mission area of the United States Department of Agriculture comprised of Utilities Programs, Business Programs and Housing Programs. These three
program areas provide a variety of financial services to
communities and individuals in the State of Wyoming.
Our goal is to work with other federal, state, and local groups to enhance
the quality of life in rural Wyoming, and to ensure rural citizens participate
fully in the global economy. Working closely with profit and non-profit
sectors, along with state, tribal, and local governments, we are fundamentally
changing the way in which the Federal government does business. Five Area
Offices in Afton, Riverton, Sheridan, Torrington,
and Worland, and a State Office in Casper, administer the loan and grant programs for Rural Development in
Wyoming. Each site is committed to serving those in search of information
and providing assistance with Rural Development programs and initiatives. The purpose of this site is to provide access to the informational resources
of the Rural Development programs. I hope that you are able to understand our mission in Wyoming through these
pages and ask you to please contact us for more information. You can use the "quick links"
