Welcome to the website for the Health Resources and Services Administration's (HRSA's) Domestic Violence Training Initiative
(co-sponsored by the American Counseling Association)

Many experts believe that Domestic Violence is a serious national public health problem. Battering is the number one cause of injury to women today, resulting in more injuries that require medical treatment than rape, car accidents, and muggings combined.

HRSA sponsored Provider Training through two satellite broadcasts.
  • The first in April 2000
  • The second in June 2000
