Organization
The Office of Finance is headed by George Strader, the Deputy Assistant Secretary for Finance, who is also the Deputy Chief Financial Officer, and reports to the Assistant Secretary for Budget, Technology and Finance/Chief Financial Officer. The Office includes the following:

Office of Financial Policy
Program Management and Systems Policy Office
Office of Audit Resolution and Cost Policy
The Office of Finance provides leadership in all areas of financial management including financial/accounting and systems policy; oversight of financial systems and operations; preparation of financial statements; and audit resolution and cost policy for the Department of Health and Human Services.
