were submitted on 34 tracts covering approximately 181 thousand acres
offshore Alaska's arctic coast. High bids totaled $8,903,535. Beaufort Sea Multiple Sale
Beaufort Sea Sale 195: The
Environmental Assessment (EA) and Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI)
for Sale 195 were issued July 26, 2004. We expect the Proposed
Notice of Sale will be available in October 2004. Sale 195 is

Cook Inlet Sale
191: Cook
Inlet Oil & Gas Lease
Sale 191 received no bids from industry and was therefore
cancelled. Another federal lease sale for the same area is
proposed for 2006. The Final Environmental Impact Statement for Sale
