PDF Viewing InformationTo view publications in PDF format, you must download the Adobe Acrobat Reader. The browser you are using determines the methods necessary to download Acrobat files. find it easier to open PDF files if they first download them to their
computer and then open them as they would any document. If you have not
tried this already, you may want to see if these four steps work for you:
Attention blind and visually impaired visitors: Access.Adobe.Com is a tool that
allows blind and visually impaired users to read any document in Adobe
PDF format. The tool converts PDF documents into simple HTML or ASCII
text that can then be read by a number of common screen reading programs
