PIH 2003-21 - Deregulation for Small Public Housing Agencies (PHAs) and Submission Requirements for New Small PHA Streamlined Annual PHA Plans (Adobe PDF, 10 pages) Issued: 09/09/03 Expires: 09/30/04 This Notice provides guidance to small PHAs on how to prepare and submit 1) a new Small PHA Streamlined Annual PHA Plan, and 2) a new streamlined Annual Plan submitted only in years in which a 5-year PHA Plan is also due ("Five-Year/Annual PHA Plan"). The Notice also explains other deregulatory changes applicable to small PHAs and to all PHAs contained in the June 24, 2003 final rule.   "5-Year/Annual Streamlined Plan" and "Small PHA Streamlined Plan" posted on the Templates page, August 18, 2003.   "Standard PHA Plan Certification of Compliance" and "Small PHA Streamlined Annual Plan Certification of Compliance" posted on the Certifications page, August 18, 2003.   Deregulation for Small Public Housing Agencies (Adobe PDF, 10 pages) Issued: 06/24/2003 This final rule simplifies and streamlines HUD's regulatory requirements for small public housing agencies (PHAs) that administer the public housing and voucher assistance programs under the United States Housing Act of 1937 (1937 Act).   PIH 2003-7 (HA) (Adobe PDF, 1 page) Issued : 02/25/03 Expires: 02/28/04 This Notice reinstates Notice PIH 2001-26 (HA), except for paragraph II.B.1, Early Availability of Funds for Obligation, until February 28, 2004.
