NOTICE REGARDING WORKSHOP ON FEDERAL OIL VALUATION RULE WASHINGTON, DC

        On Thursday, January 20, the MMS is scheduled to hold a public workshop at the Department of the Interior, Washington, D.C., on the supplementary proposed federal oil valuation rule. Due to the inclement weather forecast for Thursday morning, the MMS will have a recorded phone message on 202-208-3512 announcing whether the workshop will be held as scheduled, or whether it has been delayed or cancelled. The agency will make its decision no later than 6:30 am on Thursday, January 20, to allow participants ample time to alter their plans if necessary.

        In the event the workshop is cancelled, it will be rescheduled for Friday, January 21, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Eastern time, Department of the Interior, 1849 "C" St., NW, Washington, DC 20240, South Penthouse Room.
