USGS Product Return Policy

Customers are entitled to exchanges or refunds for unsatisfactory products for a period of 60 days from the date of shipment. Returned products should be accompanied by a copy of the Shipping Summary and a note describing the reason for the return.

*Unsatisfactory products are defined as those mistakenly provided by the USGS or unusable because of defects that are the fault of the USGS.
