Remember, the FY04 ACP program ends at midnight, US Central Standard Time, 30 Sep 2004. All applications must be submitted prior to this time or your application will be cancelled. Remedies for late applicants are only possible in extreme cases where there is a substantiated system or access problem. In all cases, final determination will be made by Rated Force Policy at the Air Staff, AF/DPPPR.
