Reporting Forms - FFIEC 001 Description: The Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, Office of Thrift Supervision, Treasury; and Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (collectively the "agencies") discontinued the Annual Report of Trust Assets (FFIEC 001) effective with the December 31, 2001, report. The purpose of the report was to provide the agencies with details concerning the scope and amount of trust activities of the financial institutions under their respective jurisdictions. As of December 31, 2001, almost all FFIEC 001 respondents report substantially similar information on Schedule RC-T, "Fiduciary and Related Services," on the quarterly bank Consolidated Reports of Condition and Income (Call Report) (FFIEC 031 and 041). As of March 31, 2002, thrift respondents report similar information on Schedule FS, "Fiduciary and Related Services" on the Thrift Consolidated Statement of Condition (OMB No. 1550-0023). The agencies have determined that the trust activities information of supervisory interest conducted by the remaining trust companies, FFIEC 001 respondents, can be monitored by other means. Therefore, the FFIEC 001 report is no longer required. Agency OMB Numbers:
