Welcome to the Food Technology and Safety Laboratory
formerly called the Meat Science Research Laboratory! The Food Technology
and Safety Lab is one of 13 laboratories in the Animal and Natural
Resources Institute. We are located in Beltsville, Maryland and are part of
the Wallace, Beltsville Agricultural Research Center complex of the
Agricultural Research Service of the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
