If you forget your password, you cannot retrieve the FAFSA you saved. Neither Customer Service nor the U.S. Department of Education has a record of your password due to security reasons. This is to protect you and your information.

If you had a saved FAFSA on the Web, Renewal FAFSA on the Web or Corrections on the Web and have forgotten your password, you will need to start over.
