Welcome

I was proud to sponsor an amendment that passed the House recently which will help rehab patients across the nation. The measure halts the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services’ (CMS) implementation of a new policy rule, known as the “75% Rule.” Currently under this new rule, fewer Americans will have access to rehab care. And this amendment will help to reverse that.
