I was proud to sponsor an amendment
that passed the House recently which will help rehab patients across
the nation. The measure halts the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid
Services’ (CMS) implementation of a new policy rule, known
as the “75% Rule.” Currently under this new rule, fewer
Americans will have access to rehab care. And this amendment will
help to reverse that.

Congressman Frank A. LoBiondo welcomes Col. Michael Linnington,
a former brigade commander for the 101st Airborne Division, and
originally from Cape May.
Col. Linnington testified before the House Armed Services Committee
and gave an update on U.S. military performance and progress in
the conflicts in Iraq and Afghanistan. Rep. LoBiondo thanked Col.
Linnington for his dedication to duty and for helping keep America
safe.
